This year, we combined our traditional annual team-building with a festive Christmas celebration, bringing together all our collaborators for a memorable day.
The event kicked off with insightful talks from our directors, who shared a summary of 2024, highlighted key challenges, and discussed the exciting opportunities for 2025. In the afternoon, the team enjoyed a visit to Adega Cooperativa de Palmela, Crl, along with VectorB2B – Drug Development team, where we learned about the art of crafting award-winning wines from the Setúbal region. We also indulged in a delightful assortment of wines paired with local bread, jams, cheese, and butter, all while hearing the fascinating stories behind the products.
The evening concluded with a dinner celebration in Aroeira, where we recognized two outstanding collaborators: one for their positive attitude and the other for their exceptional ability to overcome challenges. Thank you to everyone for making 2024 a great year! We look forward to an even brighter 2025.
