Miguel Garcia, the CEO of Technophage S.A. and LxBio – Pharmaceuticals S.A., recently presented the Bio-Hub Project during the First Annual Meeting of Mobilizing and Green Agendas for Business Innovation, as part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
The Bio-Hub Agenda is fully committed to executing a wide range of activities as outlined in this agenda. These initiatives include the clinical validation of bacteriophage cocktails and small domain antibodies, the construction of a state-of-the-art production facility dedicated to pioneering biopharmaceutical development, and the conception of a comprehensive internationalization strategy focused on promoting innovative bioproducts, among other challenging objectives.
All stakeholders and teams involved in this ambitious agenda (LxBio – Pharmaceuticals, TechnoPhage, SA, VectorB2B – Drug Development, and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon) remain enthusiastic about the outlined milestones. Ultimately, this initiative promises to deliver substantial benefits to patients and the pharmaceutical industry.
